In order to reach San Filippo , the nearest airport is Florence (45km) followed by Pisa (85km). Transfers by car can be arranged both from Florence and Pisa. Coming by car, get on the motorway Bologna/Firenze/ Roma; from the motorway exit of Firenze Certosa take the Superstrada Firenze/Siena to the exit Poggibonsi Nord, then follow directions for Barberino Val d'Elsa, a few kilometres after "Sosta del Papa" you will see directions for San Filippo.
